David has 17 years of inspection experience and holds his Certified Pest Control Applicator license and is also a certified NAWT septic inspector. A former computer programmer and manager, David uses his knowledge to patiently educate new home buyers through the inspection process. He has a passion for learning about the inspection and pest control business, and continues to acquire continuing education hours and certifications to maintain his reputation as one of the most knowledgeable inspectors in the business. One of seven children, David unsurprisingly, has several special family members and 3 dogs and a cat to keep his life full. When away from inspections and certifications, he enjoys spending time with his wife in Brenham - while fishing, hunting and enjoying the great outdoors.
