Sweet Home Inspectors of Texas strives to make your home inspection process simple and hassle free. We work hard to accommodate your schedule , and we make scheduling quick and easy! You can always call our office to speak with our office staff: Monday - Friday, 8am – 7pm or Saturday, 9am – 2pm at (832) 843-7908, but we also offer our efficient scheduling tool in order to make scheduling more convenient for you, we offer inspections 7 days a week - early mornings to late evenings.

For every inspection scheduled during this difficult time in our area and surrounding counties, a portion of the fee will be donated directly to the Houston Food Bank & Houston SPCA.

Re-Inspection Policy: Please note that we charge for most re-inspections. We will, if possible, conduct one free re-inspection on any home that we were not able to inspect due to circumstances beyond the buyer’s control. We make this re-inspection decision based on our travel time and scheduling constraints. There will be a charge if you need to name the time and/or date of the re-inspection or if you want us to inspect repairs based on our original, full inspection. Our minimum fee for re-inspection is $174.82.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that ‘life happens’ and you may have a need to cancel and reschedule your inspection. If the need arises, please notify our schedulers 24 hours in advance of the scheduled inspection. We have thoughtfully reserved time for your detailed inspection and report, so if we are not given 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge $175.00.
