Guided Inspection
Walk through with one of our Licensed Mold Assessment Consultants to ensure the contractor is completing things properly; take notes, ask questions, learn what areas may be ‘deficient’
$150 per hour, 2 hour minimum, with guided explanation – no written report
Thermal (Infrared) Images
Equipment plus an experienced inspector that can put the pieces together
In-house Certified Residential Thermographer, if needed/desired

Drone Roof Inspections
If you and the inspector can’t see the roof in order to have a visual, thorough roof inspection, a drone is your best option
FAA trained & licensed drone pilot, $200 with pictures & explanation
