a new inspection business that has the hard-to-find combination of leadership, ideas,
experience and skill with emphasis on customer service and integrity.

David Sweet, President of Sweet Home Inspectors of Texas, brings his leadership and
management abilities to the established Texas Inspection Partners - and the new company
rolls out big skill, big ideas and big dreams.

Glenn Wharton, Managing Partner for TIP shares, “I am very excited to merge with David
Sweet - an experienced business professional who shares a vision for our company of
professionalism, honesty, and excellence. Operationally very little will change, although the merger will allow inspectors increased marketing support. We have already improved our scheduling system, making interaction between clients, agents, schedulers and inspectors faster and more efficient.”

With the acquisition comes new technology. All inspectors now have Square credit card
