I just want to say that Mike was very professional and went above and beyond to help us with the inspection.  Because of his hard work, we were able to find substantial issues with major structural defects which allowed us to cancel our contract on this home.  He has helped us save what would have been 30-50K worth of foundation and external and internal reconstruction costs.

I will wholeheartedly use Sweet Home and specifically Mike Elmore for my next inspection.
