Glenn Wharton was born in January, 1961 and went ‘home’ March 9, 2017. Glenn was a licensed Professional Home Inspector since 1995 and conducted over 10,000 home inspections . Prior to becoming a home inspector he served our country eleven years as a US Army Field Artillery Officer in Korea, Germany, Washington, Oklahoma and Idaho. Glenn always considered educating others regarding home inspection his passion. When he wasn’t inspecting, writing or blogging, he enjoyed honing his skills as a FAA remote pilot. When faced with a terminal illness, he continued to support his friends and colleagues at Sweet Home Inspectors of Texas and shared his wealth of knowledge on frequent group texts. Our thoughts and prayers remain with all of his friends and family, especially his wife Annette and his children, Paige and Forest.
